2025 represents the 10th Anniversary of the founding of KWVH, Wimberley Valley Radio. Out of the tragedy of the Memorial Day floods emerged a new sound in the Wimberley Valley. KWVH was born under a temporary emergency license issued by the FCC a week after the floods. This emergency authorization propelled KWVH into what it is today--the sound of the Wimberley Valley, and the go-to communications resource for all manner of critical information for its residents.
