Susan Raybuck

Susan is the founder of KWVH, and now serves as a Director Emeritus for Wimberley Valley Radio. Additionally, she volunteers to record and produce the radio show, “Squawk Talk”. Susan and her husband Perry have been in Wimberley since 1986, raising two sons here. A retired elementary special education teacher with specialties in reading, dyslexia, and math, Susan got her Master’s in Mass Communication from Texas State University in 2013 as a Student Older Than Average (SOTA). She utilized what she learned from the program to start and help build the radio station from the ground up. She also uses her online media and communications expertise to help the League of Women Voters of Hays County and Wimberley United Methodist Church, by managing their websites.
