The Wimberley Village Library’s Adult Craft Lab is a year-round tinker and craft program held via Zoom at 6 p.m. every Wednesday. This week’s class is all about fun and easy leather earrings. Alzheimer’s Texas Wimberley Caregivers Support Group. If you or someone you know are a caregiver for a person with dementia, consider joining the Wimberley Caregivers Support Group. It meets monthly in an informal setting to discuss the latest health news regarding Alzheimer’s disease. It is an opportunity to meet and share information with other caregivers who are traveling the same dementia journey. Caregivers need to be taken care of too! Circle of Friends is a memory support program that provides an enriched curriculum for clients with moderate memory loss. Activities include arts and crafts, exercise, storytelling, music and dance, drama and more. Circles of Friends meets Thursdays from 10 to 2 at the Wimberley Community Center. The program provides a safe, caring environment for participants while giving caregivers some “me” time. 512-847-1781.

Friday night bingo at the VFW is a Wimberley tradition. Come out to the VFW Hall on Jacobs Well Road for bingo fun and good food every Friday. Early bird games start at 7:15 and regular bingo at 8.
