Calling All Artists! Design KWVH's
10th Anniversary Commemorative Artwork

2025 marks the 10th anniversary of Wimberley's devastating Memorial Day floods, and it also marks ten years since KWVH has been broadcasting. Our station originated as a source of information during one of our community's darkest times, and it continues to be a source of local information during emergencies. Over the years, it's also become a nexus of local culture, entertainment, and pride.
To commemorate our 10th anniversary, we're commissioning a competition among local artists to design a graphic for a special edition of t-shirts and posters. Anyone can enter -- the deadline to submit is March 15, and the winner will be announced April 1.
Thanks for helping us mark this momentous occasion!

Texan Coaches Take Top Honors

Congratulations TIMES THREE for your Wimberley Texan coaches! Misty Fletcher-Remmers, coach of the state champion volleyball team, won Region 8 4A Head Coach of the Year in volleyball from the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA).
Meanwhile, Coach Doug Warren took the same honor as football Head Coach of the year for yet another run deep into the playoffs. One of his lieutenants, Wesley Lambert, took honors as Assistant Coach of the Year.
Simply fantastic! In addition to being great coaches, it's important to remember that these folks are foundational in the lives of their players and students. If you see one of them around town, let 'em know how much we appreciate them.
